How to make an order
Step 1
- You need to apply on our website.;
- The manager of Wholesale Fashion will contact you, advise on fabrics, agree on the model and draw up a technical task;
- We select patterns from our database, or develop according to your samples;
- We sew a sample
Step 2
- We provide a cost estimate.
- We approve the sample (we provide photos and videos online, or we send the sample to your country);
- Prepare a draft agreement for approval and signing;
- After signing the contract, an advance payment of 30% of the estimated order estimate must be made within 3 (three) working days. (The presence of a deposit on the account of the client of our company is a prerequisite before starting production.
Step 3

- We send the model to production the next day after prepayment of your order;
- The term of production of products takes an average of 10-17 days, depending on the volume of the batch and the complexity of the product;
- The quality control department checks for defects.
Step 4
- The Optom Modno manager will send an act of completion, as well as an invoice for payment of the total amount for your order;
- The logistics department of Optom Modno produces high-quality packaging and delivery of your order to the transport company Cargo for the subsequent transportation of cargo to the country of the recipient (each cargo is securely insured by TC Cargo, we deliver large batches of orders by mixed delivery, part of the air part of the car, which allows you to save up to 27% on logistics costs.)
